The excitement of our comics comes from how far our female protagonist degenerate from her normal everyday life.

So we need to carefully maintain a logical and believable ordinary world for our characters to fall from.

That is why I don't like someone with world-changing power who will suddenly change everything. Everyone in the KH universe will be forced to react to it.

I agree that it's definitely a more fantastical scenario then your average KH set up. As long as the scientist never escapes the status quo of the KH universe would be preserved but, then again you're right. It would have to much impact on the universe.

The real problem is how people handle that brilliant Scientist woman. If she could quickly bring you unspeakable power and wealth, would you reduce her to a mere sex slave? You could have as many as sex slaves or maybe a whole harem if you use her right. The decision must not go against human logic or otherwise will make the entire background universe unbelievable.

The way I like to think of it is that the world economy is propped up my fossil fuels and natural gas. If scientist were to create new technology that broke the monopolies or worse empowered everyday people, there wouldn't be anything these billionaires could do. It's in their interest to keep progress on alternative energy as stunted for as long as possible. If Nikola Tesla had lived to find a way to extract electric directly out of the air it would have completely destroyed the oil and gas companies who were powering the world. It might be a little far fetched that they would reduce a person like that to a simple sex slave but maybe there is a person above the Scientist that could have as many slaves as they wanted but they are so vane and greedy they just have to have this one woman under their control.

The scientist lady will become a sex object once her service is no longer required or as a form of punishment for her rebellion.

Point is her invention would radically change society. This would natural upset the balance of power. The Elites of the world would be threatened and they would act to prevent this discovery from going public. 

 

So our Scientific lady brings her finding to her superiors in gleeful joy but when she is summoned by her boss the next day they are not as excited as she is. Her Boss tells her in a very cold and calm voice.

" Mrs. XXX as we speak your lab is being destroyed, you research files are being deleted, and your family is being informed that you have been killed in an unfortunate accident. You were working with very unstable properties and you ignored safety protocols resulting in a violent explosion which completely atomized your body. Myself and your coworkers will all testify to this." 

She's obviously shocked and in disbelief. Her boss continues.

 

"Normally when something of this nature happens the rouge scientist is simply killed and we move on but, because you are a very attractive individual you would be better served as a sex slave for our benefactors"

 

The scientist is then knocked out and sent off to a secret location where beautiful woman are trained and kept as sex slaves to service the elites of the world. I'm talking political heads of state, doctors, lawyers, CEOs of fortune 500 companies, sheiks, members of royal houses, and so on. Maybe this place is run by a power mistress who keeps the place running smoothly and trains the slaves.

The Elites all meet in these secret gatherings to plot coups, financial crisis, and corrupt legal systems. All while sexy woman in provocative outfits serve them drinks and suck there cocks and whatever else they might want. Some even bring slaves from home to show off to their pears for prestige. Maybe one of them has a slave perfectly conditioned as a dog.

Our scientist lady can be our POV character into the workings of this Kabal of Elites and we get to watch all the depraved stuff she'll be forced to do to survive.

I know a lot of these themes have appeared in KH comics already and I'm sure a lot of this can be incorporated into existing properties but it was a fun brainstorm.

In a way, that idea reminds me of the plot of The Mind Master by Cagri.

There a scientist discovers that her boss is embezzling funds and, when she goes to confront him, the latter kidnaps her and turns her into a sexual slave. Sure, it has its differences, like your plot doesn't seem like it will have elements of mind control.
