Odd question for the artist.
One thing I enjoy about your comics is your unique approach to piercings, especially various kinds of clit piercings. They tend to vary with the woman but one type of piercing I've generally not been able to understand how it works is the clit piercing done during both red tooth and claws part 1 and 2. More specially the ones done to slaves owned by the Chinese royal families. The piercing appears to either be enlarged and pierced like a gauge or enlarged and wrapped around the ring.
That is a tunnel inserted horizontally in the clitoral hood.
